They helped us with a difficult pest problem which no other company was able to properly deal with. They practice real IPM and don't lie about it like most other pest companies. Customer service is great, even during this very busy time of year. It sometimes took them a day or 2 to get back to me, but they always called me back eventually when I called with concerns. Thank you to Matt for properly handling the situation, and for getting creative when treatments didn't work as expexted. Thank you to John, Danielle, Hannah, and Justin for dealing with my incessant calls and handling me with kid gloves when I had concerns. Thank you especially to John for putting up with my yelling in a very professional way. I certainly regret shouting at him, he's a really good guy and an easy person to deal with (e.g. I should not have yelled at him and only did it since I was used to sub-par service from other companies). Will definitely use Exodus again in the future for bees, ants, any pests we end up having! 5 stars!
